You must be at least 18 years old to create an AscendorHQ account or purchase a membership.

By using AscendorHQ, you represent that:

• Your use of AscendorHQ does not violate applicable law.

If you are using AscendorHQ on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

AscendorHQ provides education, tools, structure, and guidance.

We do not guarantee:

• That you will start a successful business.
• That you will make money.
• That you will earn any specific amount.
• That a particular business model will work for you.
• That Business Discovery recommendations will produce successful outcomes.
• That you will recover money you spend starting or operating a business.

Business involves risk.

Results depend on many factors outside AscendorHQ’s control, including your decisions, effort, skills, market conditions, competition, pricing, expenses, execution, timing, and other circumstances.

You are responsible for deciding whether to pursue any business idea, opportunity, strategy, or recommendation.

AscendorHQ provides educational and informational content.

AscendorHQ does not provide:

• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Investment advice

• Employment advice
• Professional licensing advice

Examples, calculations, templates, checklists, financial illustrations, or other materials are provided for educational purposes.

Business Discovery may ask questions about your:

AscendorHQ may use these answers to recommend one or more business Paths or Courses.

These recommendations are intended to help you explore options.

They are not predictions or guarantees that a particular business is appropriate, profitable, or likely to succeed.

You remain responsible for evaluating any business you choose to pursue.

AscendorHQ is currently offered at:

$179.99 per year

unless another price, promotion, or plan is clearly presented to you before purchase.

AscendorHQ is intentionally structured as a subscription product.

There is not a hidden higher-priced program that members must purchase in order to access the “real” AscendorHQ experience.

The subscription is the product.

We may change pricing in the future.

Any pricing change will apply as described when the change is announced and as required by applicable law.

Paid AscendorHQ memberships automatically renew until canceled.

If you choose:

Monthly Billing

Your membership will generally renew each month unless you cancel before your next renewal.

Annual Billing

Your membership will generally renew each year unless you cancel before your next renewal.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring membership fee and any required taxes using your selected payment method.

Your renewal date may vary in limited circumstances due to payment processing, billing adjustments, or other operational reasons.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By purchasing AscendorHQ, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining a valid payment method.
• Keeping billing information current.
• Paying applicable subscription charges.
• Paying applicable taxes where required.

We may suspend or restrict paid access if payment cannot be successfully processed.

AscendorHQ does not directly store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

You may cancel your AscendorHQ membership through the available account or billing controls.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Your access after cancellation will be handled according to the cancellation terms displayed in your account and our applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We intend for cancellation to be straightforward and not artificially difficult.

Refund eligibility is governed by the AscendorHQ Refund and Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of your purchase or request.

Except where required by law or expressly provided in that policy, fees already paid may be non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account information current.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Not share your account in a way that violates these Terms.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which applicable law makes AscendorHQ responsible.

We may require additional verification if we detect suspicious activity.

Unless AscendorHQ specifically allows otherwise, memberships are intended for individual use.

You may not:

• Sell access to your account.
• Rent your account.
• Share credentials with unrelated users.
• Circumvent membership restrictions.
• Create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

Business or team plans may be introduced separately in the future.

AscendorHQ may allow you to store business-related information, including:

• Goals
• Business plans
• Revenue or expense entries
• Notes
• Calendar entries
• Documents
• Receipts
• Contracts
• Contact information
• Business details
• Resource links

You are responsible for the information you enter or upload.

AscendorHQ does not verify that your business records are complete, legally compliant, or accurate.

The Finance features are organizational tools and are not a replacement for professional bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or financial services.

Unless a feature specifically requests information and is designed to securely handle it, you should not store highly sensitive information in AscendorHQ.

Do not upload or store information such as:

• Passwords
• Banking credentials
• Complete payment-card information
• Social Security numbers
• Government authentication credentials
• Highly sensitive identity documents

AscendorHQ may remove or restrict content that creates unreasonable security, privacy, or legal risk.

Certain AscendorHQ features may allow you to store information about clients, customers, vendors, contractors, suppliers, partners, or other individuals.

If you provide information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to use that information.
• You have any consent required by law.
• Your use of the information complies with applicable privacy laws.

AscendorHQ provides the tool but does not assume responsibility for your independent legal obligations toward your own customers or contacts.

You retain ownership of content that you create or upload to AscendorHQ, including business plans, notes, documents, goals, and other original information you provide.

You grant AscendorHQ a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate AscendorHQ.
• Provide requested features.
• Back up and secure the service.
• Provide support.
• Prevent abuse.
• Comply with law.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to AscendorHQ.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, feature ideas, recommendations, or suggestions, you agree that AscendorHQ may use that feedback to improve or develop our products and services.

You are not entitled to compensation merely because AscendorHQ later implements an idea similar to something you suggested.

This does not transfer ownership of unrelated confidential or proprietary material that you did not intend to submit as feedback.

AscendorHQ and its licensors own the platform and its original content, including where applicable:

• Curriculum
• Text
• Graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Page designs
• Software
• Templates
• Business frameworks
• Videos
• Tools
• Interface elements
• Original educational materials

These materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access AscendorHQ content for your own legitimate educational and business-building use.

It does not transfer ownership of AscendorHQ intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly permit otherwise, you may not:

• Resell AscendorHQ Courses or Lessons.
• Repackage AscendorHQ curriculum as your own product.
• Publicly distribute substantial portions of paid content.
• Copy the platform for commercial redistribution.
• Scrape protected course content at scale.
• Sell access to AscendorHQ materials.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
• Use AscendorHQ branding in a way that suggests unauthorized affiliation.

Reasonable personal notes and normal use of what you learn are permitted.

You are free to apply business concepts and general knowledge you learn through AscendorHQ to your own business.

You may not use AscendorHQ to:

• Break the law.
• Commit fraud.
• Scam or deceive others.
• Distribute malware.
• Attack or interfere with our systems.
• Circumvent access controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.
• Harass or threaten others.
• Upload unlawful content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Automatically scrape protected content without authorization.
• Interfere with other users’ ability to use the platform.

Additional rules may be stated in our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines.

AscendorHQ may offer community features or connections to third-party community platforms.

If you participate in community areas, you agree to behave respectfully and follow applicable Community Guidelines.

We may moderate or remove content or restrict participation when reasonably necessary to protect users or the community.

Community participation does not create an expectation that every post, message, or interaction will be continuously monitored.

The Ascendor Journal provides educational articles, commentary, business explanations, and other informational content.

Journal content is provided for educational purposes only.

Articles may discuss:

• Entrepreneurship
• Marketing
• Finance
• AI tools
• Software
• Platforms
• Business opportunities
• Industry changes

Information may become outdated over time.

You should independently verify information where current accuracy is important to your decisions.

Ascendor Weekly is an optional email publication.

You may subscribe without purchasing an AscendorHQ membership.

Ascendor Weekly may include:

• Links to Journal content

You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email.

Ascendor Weekly is separate from necessary service communications associated with an active AscendorHQ account.

AscendorHQ may integrate with or link to third-party services.

These may include:

• Software products
• Marketplaces
• External educational resources
• Social platforms
• Websites

We do not control third-party services.

Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The inclusion of a tool or link does not necessarily mean AscendorHQ guarantees or endorses every aspect of that third party.

AscendorHQ may identify or compare third-party business tools.

Recommendations may be based on factors such as:

• Features
• Price
• Accessibility
• Usefulness
• Suitability for particular needs

You remain responsible for evaluating whether a third-party tool is appropriate for you.

Unless clearly disclosed otherwise, placement should not be interpreted as a guarantee, warranty, or professional recommendation.

AscendorHQ may sometimes use affiliate or referral links.

If AscendorHQ may receive compensation from a recommendation, referral, or purchase, we will provide disclosure where required and appropriate.

Affiliate relationships do not change your price unless clearly stated.

We work to keep AscendorHQ available and reliable.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security work
• Service-provider outages
• Infrastructure failures
• Internet disruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control

Where appropriate, AscendorHQ may provide service-status information through a status page or in-product notices.

AscendorHQ is an evolving platform.

We may:

• Modify features.
• Improve interfaces.
• Replace technologies.
• Remove features.
• Update curriculum.
• Reorganize Courses or Paths.
• Change integrations.

We will try to avoid unnecessarily disrupting core member value.

A subscription does not guarantee that every feature will remain identical forever.

From time to time, we may provide features labeled:

• Preview
• Experimental
• Early Access

These features may be incomplete, changed, or discontinued.

Use of experimental features may involve greater risk of errors, interruptions, or changes.

AscendorHQ provides support through available support channels.

Support may help with:

• Account issues
• Billing questions
• Technical issues

• Platform problems

Support does not include personalized legal, tax, accounting, or professional business consulting unless explicitly offered as a separate service.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Serious violations of these Terms.
• Fraud.
• Abuse.
• Security threats.
• Non-payment.
• Illegal activity.
• Attempts to compromise AscendorHQ.
• Repeated harmful conduct.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the problem.

Some serious circumstances may require immediate action.

When your account or membership ends:

• Your access to paid features may stop.
• Certain data may remain available for a limited period where supported.
• Some information may be deleted according to our retention practices.
• Certain records may remain where required for legal, security, tax, billing, or audit purposes.

Where AscendorHQ provides data-export functionality, you are responsible for exporting information you wish to retain before applicable deletion periods expire.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the AscendorHQ Privacy Policy.

By using AscendorHQ, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

We respect intellectual property rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCENDORHQ IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DO NOT MAKE WARRANTIES THAT:

• ASCENDORHQ WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
• THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
• EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE CURRENT.
• A PARTICULAR BUSINESS STRATEGY WILL WORK.
• ANY USER WILL MAKE MONEY.
• ANY BUSINESS WILL BE PROFITABLE.
• BUSINESS DISCOVERY WILL IDENTIFY A GUARANTEED SUCCESSFUL OPPORTUNITY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMLIV ENTERPRISES LLC, ASCENDORHQ, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF ASCENDORHQ.

THIS INCLUDES, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAIMS RELATING TO:

• LOST PROFITS
• LOST REVENUE
• LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• BUSINESS FAILURE
• LOST DATA
• INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS
• RELIANCE ON EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL
• THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCENDORHQ’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ASCENDORHQ DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM

OR

$100

if you did not pay AscendorHQ during that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EMLIV Enterprises LLC, AscendorHQ, and their owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of AscendorHQ.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Content you upload or provide.
• Your infringement of another person’s rights.
• Your independent business activities.

This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law or where liability results from AscendorHQ’s own conduct to the extent applicable law does not permit indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any rights that cannot legally be limited by this choice of law remain unaffected.

Before filing a legal claim relating to AscendorHQ, you agree to first contact us at:

and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

AscendorHQ will likewise make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes before pursuing formal proceedings where appropriate.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Missouri.

AscendorHQ may update these Terms as the platform develops.

If we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

If applicable, we may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.

Continuing to use AscendorHQ after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

By using AscendorHQ, you agree that certain communications may be provided electronically.

These may include:

Electronic communications satisfy written-notice requirements where permitted by law.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another person without our permission.

subject to applicable law.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permitted.

The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified as necessary to most closely reflect its intended lawful purpose.

If AscendorHQ does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with applicable policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of AscendorHQ.
